1. What this service is
holovate.space (“Holovate”) is an explorable 3D world demonstration and a storefront for commissioned Web3 software builds, operated as a Finite Skills project. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. HVC has no monetary value
- HVC is an in-world utility credit tracked on Holovate's own off-chain ledger.
- HVC is not money, not a cryptocurrency, not a security, and not an investment. It cannot be bought, sold, traded, or redeemed for anything of monetary value.
- Virtual land parcels are entries in the same ledger. Owning a parcel conveys no real-world property rights and no expectation of profit.
- Balances, parcels, and world state may be reset, changed, or discontinued at any time as part of operating a demonstration service.
3. No financial advice
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Educational content about blockchain technology describes how systems work, not what anyone should buy.
4. Wallets and security
- You are responsible for your own wallet and keys. Holovate never asks for private keys or seed phrases.
- Mainnet-related endpoints return unsigned transaction plans only; reviewing and signing anything remains entirely your decision and responsibility.
5. DApp Studio reservations
Reserving a build package creates an inquiry proposal only. It is not a purchase, does not create a binding contract, and no payment is collected on this site. Scope, pricing, timelines, and terms of any actual engagement are agreed separately in writing. Listed prices are indicative estimates.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the service — including attempting to breach the ledger, flooding the API, scraping at disruptive rates, impersonating others, or using the site for unlawful activity. We may rate-limit, reset, or block access to protect the service.
7. Intellectual property
The Holovate name, world design, artwork, and site code are the property of their owners. You may not copy or redistribute them except as permitted by law.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holovate and Finite Skills are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Because HVC and parcels have no monetary value, their loss or reset causes no compensable damage.

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: admin@holovate.space.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
